SHIPPING TIMES : All orders will be processed within 5-7 business days unless otherwise noted in the listing (pre-orders, backordered items, etc.) Our items are designed to arrive to you at peak freshness. Please specify if you need an item by a certain date and we will always do our best to accommodate.
You will receive tracking information once your order is shipped. Items are shipped via Canada Post expedited shipping, Purolator and or UPS
LOST PACKAGES : If you do not receive your package or you cannot find delivery information with the tracking number provided to you, please notify us immediately. Please note: That items that are marked as delivered by tracking number will not be replaced as we can not be responsible for stolen items.
Do you ship internationally?
No, currently our products are only shipped within Canada and the U.S.
Do you offer local pick-up?
We offer local pick up at chit chat location (conditions apply) that have pick up locations in various cities across Canada
RETURNS: Due to the handmade nature of Asili Living Co. products, we are unable to honour returns and exchanges. However, I want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If there are any problems with your order, please contact us and we will see what can be done.
If the product is defective or arrived damaged, send us an email and include pictures within 10 days of receiving the product. We will assess the extent of the damage and potentially provide a full refund.
Products purchased from our stockists are subject to the return policies of that stockist. We do not accept any returns of products purchased from our stockists.
HAVEN’T RECEIVED YOUR PACKAGE YET?
Please allow 14 business days for delivery of package. If the order still hasn’t arrived within this time period, email us at contact@asililivingco.ca and we will be happy to look into the issue further on a case-by-case basis.
If a package is lost due to an incorrect address provided during checkout or cannot be delivered due to reasons outside of Canada Post’s control, we are unfortunately not able to refund or resend the order.
